Helping people is complicated business and people come at it from many different perspectives.

Based on your answers, it sounds like we might not be not be on the same page when it comes to helping others.

At PivotGround we believe that all peoples have the right to inclusion, opportunity, and equitable treatment without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We also uphold that all peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their reproductive choices, political status, and freely pursue their economic, social, cultural, and religious development. No person shall be subject to coercion which would impair their freedom of thought, conscience or religion.

That means we typically do not work with human service organizations that teach or promote religious beliefs, or encourage a person to change in of the above mentioned ways, in addition to other services for vulnerable populations.
