Managing Change Mastermind

As a nonprofit leader you are being forced to make change decisions on a daily basis.

You’re dealing with immediate things like:

  • Feeling scared
  • Shifting to a work from home team
  • Canceling or postponing events
  • Implementing new fundraising tactics

Soon you'll need to prepare for other things like:

  • A sudden reduced cashflow
  • A budget that is no longer realistic
  • A strategic plan that no longer makes sense
  • Adjusting to a potentially long term timeline of ongoing changes brought about by the Coronavirus pandemic

While many free resources have recently become available, just wading through them all can be overwhelming.

I want to help you in a deeper and more meaningful way. That is why I’m offering this Managing Change Mastermind at the price of “pay what you can.”  What’s included with the Managing Change Mastermind?

  • A sudden reduced cashflow
  • A budget that is no longer realistic
  • A strategic plan that no longer makes sense
  • Adjusting to a potentially long term timeline of ongoing changes brought about by the Coronavirus pandemic

Who is this for and what kind of issues can I work on?

This is for you if you want a true thought partner, not just random advice.

We can work on issues such as:

  • How to get your team working effectively from home Issues that come up related to boards
  • How to keep your team working effectively when things are changing day by day
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities that emerge
  • When to cut spending and when to borrow
  • Issues around re-allocating resources Replacing lost revenue

How much is almost free?

My goal is for this to NOT be a financial burden on any organization, but I do ask that you pay something in order to have some skin in the game and because, just like you, this has been an economic hit for me and I also have to keep buying food. We are all in this together. So whether you pay $25 or $2500, I’m going to give you my very best.

Choose to pay what you can:

You will receive:

  • Bi-weekly mastermind Zoom calls with me on Mondays and Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 EST. During this time I’ll offer guidance customized for your organization and solve issues with you live on the call in a safe and confidential space.
  • I’ll make myself available to answer questions individually via email or Voxer message between calls.
  • You’ll have a group of supportive peers to lean on.
